Tempering Systems for tempering GRP and CFRP materials in different performance levels.

Description

GRP and CFRP materials must be tempered to obtain the optimum material properties.

 

Our fan heating in conjunction with our control regulate in a very precise way, so that a consistent heat is guaranteed.

 

The system is easy to set up, mobile, robust and proven in practice.



Models

 

Temper- control:

The control can be designed with a higher performance than the fan heating in case you want to add more fan heating systems later.

 

The controllers up to 3 kW have a PID controller and are permanently connected to the corresponding tempered-air fan.

 

From 12 kW , these are further programmable (with tempering curves, time periods, etc.) and can be plugged in via device plug.

Models until mid-2017:

Temperature controls , e.g. ES-TS20:

  • TS = model name (temper control)
  • 20 = heating power in kW

Thermal heating fan , e.g.  ES-TH90:

  • TH = model name (Temper - heat - ventilation)
  • 90 = heating capacity in kW * 10 (historically determined)

Standard temperature range: up to 90 ° C

In addition, there are the fan heating systems in a special version with up to 120 ° range.
